Year end is absolutely a busy time for everyone. Loads of things on the to-do-list and such a little time. Some of you may have party plans while some others may have holiday trip plans. Here are some holiday outfit ideas that I wore during the previous year which are easy to style and comfy to wear.
Holiday Outfit Ideas:
- Keep It Simple Yet Chic- Dressing up for any occasion or holiday is not always about wearing embellishments it’s about how you style according to your personality as well. If you are not comfortable in something shiny, you can try this look which screams festive yet keeps it simple but chic. The colour I am wearing is making the look festive and perfect for this time of the year. So if you have any plans with friends and family to go out for a day out or have any lunch invitation, I will suggest wearing something like this. Combine a jeans with a festive red or green coloured top or blouse and finish off the look with boots because that will give a nice wintery touch to the outfit. If you don’t have cold weather where you live then wear with pumps, it will look just as good. Keep your makeup simple but try to choose a dark shade of lip colour, anything in red or berry, to feel and look festive.
2. The Diva Look- Those of you who are more into the fierce kind of look can surely go for this look to bring out that diva within you. This is the look I absolutely love. If you have any night plans then you can nail this look. If you are going to wear something like this, which is a bit shinier and dazzling, then be sure to accessorise well with a pair of nice sparkly pumps and a party clutch to go with. The key to this look is the makeup. Either you go for a smokey look with nude lips or gold eyes with red lips, both will look gorgeous.
4. My Little Black Dress- I guess I don’t have to write or explain much about this look as the look itself does the talking. It’s hard to go wrong with a black dress! Be it festive time or any other time of the year, a black dress always looks classy and chic. Here I have kept all my accessories simple yet stylish. Just to give that extra punch to the festive look, I have added a statement neck piece and for the hair I opted for a milkmaid braid which is a bit different from what I usually wear.
I hope you like these 3 winter holiday outfit ideas. Some more coming up on the blog so watch the space!!! Do feel free to write to me if you have any ideas or questions.
Enjoy the Holiday Season
