Pretty in whites

Hello my lovelies! How have you all been doing? I was a bit unwell for the last one week. Could not spend much time working on the blog, but yes, I did enjoy a little bit of me time in bed, tucked in a duvet, having soup, takeaway food, watching movies on Netflix and reading books. I woke up everyday to the fresh smell of roses kept on my bedside table as a ‘get well soon’ note from hubby☺ (who was also down with the same bug). The photos on this post are from a photoshoot for LUXEMME, a UK based clothing brand which emphasises clothing as classy, sophisticated with a blend of edgy looks.

First of all I want to thank LUXEMME for sending this gorgeous outfit. I like to call it luxurious whites. It’s an Olivie Lace Trim Two Piece and I absolutely loved wearing this. The outfit is extremely elegant yet stylish and I feel it made me look prettier 🙂 . No compromise has been made on the quality. It is luxuriously designed, keeping in mind their concept of marrying Parisian elegance with Manchester street style. Every detail of this two piece is absolutely gorgeous. The golden zip at the back entirely opens up making it easy to zip and unzip it yourself without taking anybody’s help and that is what impressed me at the very beginning. The lace detailing is very chic. This outfit can be worn both during the day as well as night. Just style it up with appropriate accessories of your choice.

I have teamed this outfit with a blush pink blazer, white wedges and a beautiful colour block clutch. White goes well almost with every colour in the colour spectrum so you need to decide whether you like it subtle or bold.

Early in the morning we met the lovely Anushka of the Bombay Bubble Blog for her photoshoot for M&S. She was in London for the weekend to attend a cricket Match at Lord’s stadium and we had a great time together. After she left for the match, we set out on a a stroll towards a quant little garden where we shot most of the photos. The day so far had been gloomy and it was raining. My hair got drenched and I had to wait for the weather to turn better. As I was wearing these two lovely colours, nowhere other than a garden or park full of flowers would have worked for me.

Have a super fun weekend. Thank you everyone for dropping in.
