Diwali is all about enjoying happy moments with your loved ones, eating loads of indian delicacies and savouries and of course, let’s not forget about those gorgeous traditional indian wears which bring the festive spirit into our minds!
Here’s a quick guide on how to style your outfits and look best this DIWALI!

Be Traditional: If you like to wear traditional indian clothes then there is no better time to flaunt your gorgeous sarees and anarkalis with a maang tika and a pair of beautiful jhumkas. Complete the look wearing a beautiful pair of juttis or heels. Every woman can look pretty in smokey eyes, so put on some kohl and smudge it nicely. Make a neat bun or a messy one – anything will go with these attires, or simply make a braid or a high ponytail to go with the look!
Do The Fusion: If traditional wear isn’t your thing, then give a twist to your Diwali look with an indo-western outfit. Wear a nice embroidery skirt with a casual top and accessorise with some traditional neck pieces to create that indo-western look! Or you can simply wear a patiala with a long shirt and dupatta along with some junk jewellery. To finish both the looks pair them with kolhapuris or juttis.
The Bohemian Trend- Those who want to go for something quirky and out of the box, then this look should definitely be on your list. Wear a geometric print or any eye-catching print and pair it with a sandal and a chic head wrap and some chunky jewellery! This look is surely going to make you stand out from the crowd!

My outfit is from BIBA. I love their collection. Whenever I think about some festive wear, one of the first few names that come to my mind is BIBA. Their designs are fresh, creative and very stylish. The  hues they use scream of ’celebration & festive’’. Diwali is about wearing bright colours like orange and yellow, the colours of the marigold and the flames of the diyas. I wanted to go for something chic yet keep that traditional touch so I have worn this black and yellow asymmetric kurti like a dress. Give a twist to your look, wearing your anarkalis or asymmetric kurtis as dresses and team up with a nice pair of juttis and to bring more festivity to your look, wear some heavy metal jewellery. Smokey eyes will look gorgeous with this attire.Red lips is the key to get that diva vibe going!
Share some happy moments with your loved ones. Have a safe DIWALI! Do not drink and drive because LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!
