Bali has become my second home, visiting again and again I am never tired of this beautiful place. Bali to me is comfort!
Villa life in Bali is exactly like home away from home. Waking up to a nice view, fresh fruits from the local market, amazing breakfast spread by the butler, uncountable dives into the private pool, lunches by the pool side, sipping my favourite cocktail and watch the sun go down over the horizon and can stay in pjs forever and no one to judge you! Oh Bali, wish I could stay forever 🙂
There are some amazing hotels in Bali too but a experience of staying in Villas (and at amazing prices too) in Bali is something else and not to be missed if you are planning a trip here. We stayed at Villa saffron, Seminyak. It’s a beautiful property, amazing location and the staffs were so so friendly.
This time was really a special holiday in Bali as my entire family was there with me. I travelled and spent an amazing holiday with parents and in-laws after a long time and can say family time is the best!! To see Aanayra interact with her grandparents is probably the best gift from god!
Every corner of the villa is beautifully thought through and perfectly decorated and have a touch of Balinese vision of art meets contemporary decor and I being I have not missed a chance to capture this in my frame.
Some things which continued to trigger sweet memories of this holiday were the fresh smell of the frangipani all scattered on the patio by the pool, the beautiful wind chimes tied to the tree swaying in the sweet breeze and clean linen .
Coming out of the master bedroom and walking down past the pool you will often find me hanging inside the gazebo with a chilled beer and lost in my dreams
The bathroom attached to the master bedroom was set in an open air format to allow one to enjoy the nature’s view surrounded by greens and it offered such a relaxing environment for a bath after a day out in the hot sun.
Morning scenes were almost the same everyday, sipping teas and coffees together at the breakfast table followed by sumptuous breakfast prepared by our butler and then getting ready for pool, drinks and lunch by the pool side.
In the evening you can turn the villa into your own private spa. Therapist arranged by the villa staff come with oils of your choice to give you a relaxing spa session but we preferred going out and I actually took my parents to one of my favourite spas in Bali, the Prana Spa, which is an absolute treat and a must visit in your Bali list.
After coming back from Family dinner and ice creams on the way I used to crash on the fresh linen (of course after putting aanayra to sleep with her favourite lullabies in the background) arranged by the caretaker who made sure to make the villa look all tidied up for us.
Bali is an amazing destination to choose if you love to experience the villa stay and villa life and get yourself pampered and stay in a dream property decorated in every nook and cranny.
I hope you liked the post! I can see you are packing your clothes and sitting on the next flight to Bali!
Have a lovely week ahead!
